Live Track Testing of the trains began in Oct 2017 on the section of the line between the Rail Operations Center and West Loch Station.Just days after testing began; Train #1 successfully and smoothly attained its top speed of 55 miles per hour.
Trains #3 & #4 are scheduled for arrival in Honolulu during the summer of 2018.
As intensive testing continues to ramp up, Honolulu residents will soon see Trains #2 and #3 moving on the energized portions of the line and in the Rail Operations Center yard.
